Here at the Milmain B&B we are blessed with a wonderful location within a beautiful place. The Rhins of Galloway on the southern-most tip of Scotland is known for its beautiful scenery and breathtaking coastlines. The Milmain B7B is right in the middle of all it has to offer the recreational visitor.

Stranraer town centre is 10 minutes away by car, for all your shopping and townie needs. The Mull of Galloway, the southern-most tip of Scotland, is not much more than 10 minutes in the opposite direction. On the way to the Mull of Galloway you will also find the world famous Logan Botanic Gardens, and the Kirkmadrine stones.

On the way into Stranraer, is the lovely little bolt-hole harbour town of Portpatrick, which is among the regions most popular tourists sights. In Portpatrick you will find recreational activities like Crazy Golf, there is a walk up the mountains to the old castle, and plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars, including the award winning sea-food restaurant in the Crown Hotel.
